Built in 1812 and celebrating its 200th anniversary next year; St Patrick's Church elevates over the County Down town of Ballynahinch.
The main body of the floor and Baptismal feature were designed by Rooney and McConville Architects. The highly intrigate waterjet panels, borders and matching corners were manufactured and fitted by Armatile. They now match those in the nearby Drumaness Church, which is part of the same close knit Parish.
The original Santuary and Alter stone were retained, and through the use of Carrara Bianco and Sillica Pelato marble, Armatile crafted the bespoke curved steps and injected new life into the general floor area of the Santuary, making sure to fully compliment the original retained features.
